APB is a Scottish post-punk band, formed in 1979 (reformed 2006), in the town of Ellon, Aberdeenshire, Scotland that successfully blended funk-rock, punk rock and New Wave music.   • Sigh :) I even mentioned them in my Maths O grade exam cos I couldn't remember the distance formula to calculate the size of angle APB :) Only got to see them live once (in Dunfermline), but so glad I made the solo effort.

  • Well two of 'em (Glenn and Iain) have a collaboration single with another well known Scottish indie band due soon..... on Oatcake records
  • This band is brilliant, I fail to see why would they be so obscure, they obviously deserved so much more attention.
