With his distinctive Jagger/Van Morrision style vocals and blues folk guitar, the beauty of which never fail to hit the heart. From guitar and cello duets to all out rocking anthems, Abbo’s songs tell his interpretation of how he sees life and our surroundings.
Abbo was born in a small fishing village called Newlyn on the Cornish peninsula and spent most of his childhood on the beaches or in the sea around Cornwall. Being the youngest of four siblings, Abbo always had to fight to be heard, and this fight has never left the now adult Abbo.
The band wouldn’t be out of place performing alongside the likes of Bruce Springsteen, Ryan Adams, The Rolling Stones or The Counting Crows.
