After great 'Mer De Norms' and amazing 'Thirteenth Step' this album is a little... disappointing.
6 Sep 2015, 12:43pm
My rating 6.7 out of 10
14 Oct 2014, 2:37am
Passive, Imagine, Counting Bodies and When the Levees Break, that is all you need from this album.
12 Sep 2014, 7:43am
Pretty much loathed this album for the past 10 years apart from 'What's Going On' and 'Passive', but finally i'm starting to appreciate it and enjoy it. Better late than never, i guess...

Dissapointed...not bad, but very close, without strength, expected more.. 4/10
9 Sep 2013, 2:55am
Don't understand all the hate for it, it's actually one of my favorite records by them besides Thirteenth step
16 Jun 2013, 3:27pm
why the hell did they lose time doing this crap instead of doing an album with original songs?

10/10 must have! two thumbs UP!
1 Jan 2013, 4:21pm
What's with the hate? I didn't know this album was so unpopular among the fanbase. I consider it such a great piece of art.
11 Dec 2012, 5:01pm
I don't like this one... and the covers are crap.
24 Jun 2012, 12:40pm
Ok, I like Passive too. Not much as Imagine, but yet.
17 May 2012, 7:10pm
very underrated album

Imagine. Imagine! I love it. in love with it. I would throw away the rest :\

Counting Bodies is a great song. I think a lot more people would like this album if we had never heard the original versions. I like that they didn't regurgitate the song right back to us, they threw the song into the APC machine. Does it work? Yeah, if you're a huge APC fan. I can't listen to their versions of "When The Levee Breaks" and "People Are People", however. Not bad. Different.

passive is awesome
15 Oct 2011, 3:09pm
I love the diversity of this album. That's one reason that makes it so unique.
21 Sep 2011, 7:09pm
Thought this one clicked on me the other day. Has some good moments but too many bad ones as well and the only APC song is a big disappointment in my opinion. Sure, expectations are high but that's why we listen to these guys, isn't it?
14 Aug 2011, 7:07pm
Their worst, but still good one

fantastic album, but worse than Mer De Noms and Thirteenth Step IMO
26 Jun 2011, 6:13am
Never understood all the hate for this one. I think this may be my favorite APC album.
3 May 2011, 5:21pm
I think this is the best album I've ever heard, of any band. Every song is unique, as if they're all from a different album (yes, I know it's a cover album, but these versions of the songs have only the words of the originals and I think nothing more. they're just NEW songs), even Maynard's voice sounds different in each of 'em. A masterpiece.
1 May 2011, 10:14pm
With the exception of Passive, this album is ass.
13 Feb 2011, 1:47pm
WOW JUST A GREAT ALBUM !!!!!!!!!!!
23 Oct 2010, 12:59pm

Counting Bodies Like Sheep To The Rhythm Of The War Drums- It's amazing song!!!
12 Aug 2010, 12:33am
guess, this one is my favourite. i discovered it back at the times I had no internet, so nothing could influence my choice.... it's unique and beautiful. and, i guess, i've heard it somewhere, but the fact that many don't get this sound, makes it even more beautiful.
10 Aug 2010, 12:16am
It takes some guts to butcher classics like "What's Going On" - R.E.S.P.E.C.T.!

Counting Bodies Like Sheep To The Rhythm Of The War Drums- It's amazing song!!!
22 Jun 2010, 10:25am
My favorite album of all albums Лучше нет
10 Jun 2010, 9:12pm
No coincidence that the song created by Keenan + Reznor is the best song on the album and maybe the best song of APC
6 Jun 2010, 9:32pm
people expect too much out of cover albums. cover albums are never brilliant, just interesting.
25 Apr 2010, 2:48pm
This album blows. Passive is an amazing song, but it's the only one on the album worth playing. APC needs to stick to doing original work; Mer de Noms and Thirteenth Step are brilliant albums.
23 Apr 2010, 7:59pm
but I dont think they should cover Imagine, the orginal is way too good to be sung by any other band/singer, nobody can pull this off,not even Maynard
23 Apr 2010, 7:54pm
What's Going On & When The Levee Breaks god how good are these two songs?
16 Apr 2010, 5:59am
I am not against political messages in music, but the specific messages in this album are terrible. Peace love and understanding? What is this, the 70s? That's not how we're going to fix anything in international affairs. The hippie movement died off for a reason. Besides Passive (which is insanely great), I think the rest of the album is mediocre at best. Nothing as brilliant as the Thirteenth Step.
2 Apr 2010, 10:02am
what's going on is awesome!
18 Mar 2010, 7:40am
annihilation is one of the worst covers I've ever heard the original fucking owns
11 Mar 2010, 12:52pm
Bellissimo albummmm mostruosiiiiiii con questo remix
23 Jan 2010, 2:02am
Hardcorey1990, stick to your Myspacecore bands. Dumb troll.
26 Sep 2009, 10:25am
Political overtones all the way,...unfortunately, those with closed minds can not grasp it or appreciate it.
24 Sep 2009, 11:15pm
Paco, you're high - When the Levee Breaks original version is world's better. This one is pretty good, though.
14 Sep 2009, 4:11pm
this is really a great album. this is music, that really helps me.
6 Sep 2009, 4:09am
greatest cover album in history. every song on this album is better than the original. yes even imagine. I mean the original artists wrote great lyrics, but a perfect circle's music is so different and beautiful.
20 Aug 2009, 6:45am
when the levee breaks, so underrated
