This complex music can best be described as a meeting between bands like Jimmy Eat World, Death Cab for Cutie and The Appleseed Cast, mixed with instrumental post-rock bands. The result is overwhelming, but still catchy. Behind this project stand two former members of Fabio Matador who left the band to play more experimental music. Assisted by members of Desperado and Dominic, the Caravan was able to get the massive sound the wanted to build on their firm foundation of beautiful melodies. Unfortunately the band broke up before even playing a single concert. In fact, they never rehearsed either. One of the two main members has moved to concentrate on a political career (!) and the other member is working with new projects.
