    Saw 'em in London, at the old Marquee, saw so many bands there. 999...So LOUD (OK so it's, was, so small, but after 999, on the bright lights and cold outside hitting home, my ears were screaming until next day. On the 'border' of "my" bands: early US, one-time-members-of; then their own bands: Heartbreakers, Void-Oids, Ramonesetc; Brit: Pistols-with Rotten; Slits; Banshees; X-Ray Spex-esp with Laura Logic! early Ants, Adverts, Wire, but also Buzzcocks, Rezillos, Undertones etc, some good stuff. (Remember Wardour Street? The Marquee, Vortex, "Alice In Wonderlands" with Dr.Clive of The Medics DJ/MCing? Up the Vennel/Alley to Dean St. and 'Daddy Kool' records, etc?) Once again, drowning in a flood of memories. *Sigh*.
