The band 4614 was formed in a South Phoenix Barrio in 99’ with intentions to make waves in the music industry. The band is made up of Brian Hacker (ex-Dislocated Styles singer), J.R. Newlin (old drummer from Windigo), Chad Duncan on bass guitar, Kevin Dye (ex-frontman for Bldg5) on vocals and guitar.The band was obviously brought together by fate to make music.
The music comes together; as heavy driving guitar riffs combined with a rock steady, head nodding drumbeats; blend with the devastating bass grooves that lay the foundation for what is flowing vocally. The aggressive sound delivers topics like deceit of women, the political harshness of America’s foreign policy, the use of drugs and alcohol, and the personal insights of the loss of a loved one. All the topics; reach the listener with different points of impact; but still allows you to relate to and understand the powerfull delivery. 4614 have opened up for acts like Incubus, Hed (pe), Staind, Pennywise, Alien Ant Farm, AFI, Nickleback, Kottonmouth Kings, Henry Rollins, and Powerman 5000. They have been courted by Dreamworks Records, Atlantic, and others and released album “Guilty By Association” in 2002.

Shikayama What happened to these guys? Just found some douchebag on myspace called "4614" but he doesn't sound like the rapper of this band. Anyone knows better?
