This is my rebuttal of the "citizen soldier" ads. I got the idea while I was using my iPod to drown out the lousy music in the ads. Any synchronization is purely coincidental.

To be honest, I never ever think about anything that has to do with the military when I listen to this song. Since 3 Doors Down is a US American band I guess you could just - I mean, when it comes to the meaning, replace "citizen soldier" with something like a hero. (To be plain honest: I freaking hate the military and all the stupid idealisation of it.)
