Another great year for music, though I doubt the opposite will ever be the case again with the internet providing an endless stream of options in every conceivable genre. I particularly indulged in my electronic interests this year, with MoogFest proving a formative experience and the UK bass scene exploding at an alarming degree. Seriously, if your concept of dubstep starts and ends with North American acts like Skrillex, Bassnectar and deadmau5, do yourself a favor and pick up some English records. Shit's poppin'.
