new album is pretty good. there are few tracks that i really like and i think it will still grow on me.

XeroXIII New album is okay, but nothing spectacular. Glad to see tracks like Kaze, STRIKE!!, and Under the Umber Sunshine are on the album, rather than just tracks like Super Stomper, which is pretty stale. Also, Mr. Bullshit is on this but not BURN? It was the best of the three songs on the SS single!

Bands do evolve, I get that. I'm just complaining because they're evolving in the opposite direction of what I had been hoping for. At least I think they are... I should probably give the album more time to grow on me :)

Well, bands evolve during time, and no one can stay the same always. And of course it's a matter of personal preference too. For me, the early albums aren't as enjoyable as the couple latest.

Bah. With the release of the new album, it's clear to me that this band isn't among my favorites anymore. Sure, the album isn't a bad release, but they're just not the same band anymore. Their music isn't even remotely similar to what it used to be like. What the heck is up with this "WE ARE BAD BOYS NOW" style?

The new album sounds brilliant with one listening. Great mix of fast-paced and energetic songs and some more melodic ones. Can't really list a few favourites since I pretty much like the whole album. But where's BURN, dammit?
