Yasunori Mitsuda (born January 21, 1972) is a Japanese composer and musician best known for his numerous video game soundtracks.

His first notable works were soundtracks for games developed by Squaresoft (now Square-Enix), including Chrono Trigger and Xenogears.

The video game Chrono Cross marked his debut as a freelance musician, which he continues to be, releasing both game soundtracks and original works under his own label, Procyon Studio.

Other major titles Mitsuda has composed for include the first Mario Party, Shadow Hearts 1 & 2, and Xenosaga EPISODE I: Der Wille zur Macht.
