He has released music under various appellations, among them “Jake Slazenger” “Kid Spatula” “Gary Moscheles”, “Tusken Raiders” and “Rude Ass Tinker”, and under his primary moniker as µ-Ziq has collaborated with one of the most visible leaders of the modern movement, Richard D. James (Aphex Twin) on the album Mike & Rich - Expert Knob Twiddlers.

µ-Ziq also owns and runs the electronic label Planet µ, which hosts a number of artists. Paradinas shows an uncanny knack at spotting the most innovative and interesting electronic acts from around the world, signing new talents such as Venetian Snares, Vex’d and Chevron. Duntisbourne - A profound example of ambient music. Ambient of course means light, and these tracks are bright and weird. Please try Strawberry Fields Hotel again.

Somerset Avenue impresses me more and more with each listen. Such a joyous and uninhibited collection of early tunes.

Warmest greetings to all µ-Ziq's fan base. I am the team leader for the Chicago street team. Currently, µ-Ziq has 3.1 million plays and we want to reach 4 million by mid-year of 2014. That means, start listening. If I may suggest, the track "Phi*1700 [U/V]" has been getting noticed here in Chicago and people are amazed the song is 20 years old. Yet, it stands up to the modern scene. We are always saying, magazines like Rolling Stone are going to say µ-Ziq is their pride & joy but not until the year 2019. Help us reach 4 million. -Ken Williams

Never really listened to µ-Ziq before, but the Somerset Avenue Track sound amazing. They sound so fucking good, first time listening it and I think this could just throw Selected Ambient Works out of the window.
