Ｗｉｚａｒｄ is a indies band that was formed in January 2004. Their songs are quite lively and are driven by a certain energy that’s brought on by catchy riffs and カイト’s unique voice. Wiz’ means an exceptionally gifted or skilled person. ‘Wizard’ means not only a male conjurer but also the one holding the highest position. HIRO and カイト named the band because of those meanings.

カイト and HIRO met each other through an internet message board offering and looking for band members. Then they met 咲綺 the same way and he already knew ますみ. They saw 悠～はるか～ playing in a session band, so he was called to enter the band since 翔’s departure. Some of the lyrics are from カイト’s own experiences and others are stories from an imaginary world. Most of them are fantasy lyrics.

Ｗｉｚａｒｄ members have a alter ego band named オカマ法使い (okama hou tsukai).
