    This is the type of music one plays when you fall in love with the one you're with, over and over again. A song you play when you wish to be nostalgic when times were simple. A melody you play when the sun kisses your skin as you run through vast fields. Just beautiful

    jeffyskate: what you're talking about is cantabile piano technique. The idea of the style is that the performer tries to create a mellifluous rhythm instead of one which strictly adheres to a metronomic pulse. In other words, if you think that this is played out of time, then you're a fucking idiot and you missed the point.

    SeattleJQueen - a little harsh... how expressing my honest and uncensored opinion makes me 'a fucking amateur' (a strange insult) or lacking 'youthful joy', is a bit beyond me... I tell it like I hear it, and encourage you to disagree... When you put yourself out there as an artist, your work will be criticized, praised, liked, and disliked. If I don't like something I always say why; and sorry my criticism here isn't remotely technical or 'professional' - I could care less about that - it is musical.
