Tarcy Su (simplified Chinese: 苏慧伦; traditional Chinese: 蘇慧倫; pinyin: Sū Huìlún; born October 27, 1970 in Taipei, Taiwan) is a Taiwanese singer and actress who was popular in the 1990s during her recording days with Rock Records.

蘇慧倫（Tarcy Su，1970年10月27日－，天蠍座、台北市出生），是一名台灣女歌手、演員。有傳每次剪短髮，各方面也會行大運，故有「短髮教主」稱號。蘇慧倫的姊姊蘇霈（本名蘇愛倫）也是個歌手，擅長演釋老歌。

蘇慧倫於台北市懷生國中畢業後，入讀華岡藝校戲劇科。她當初在朋友(柯一正老師)介紹之下去試音，之後便與朱雀文化製作簽約（由滾石唱片發行），於1990年３月以鄰家女孩姿態出道，發行首張專輯「追得過一切」，清新的形象被封為玉女掌門人、學生情人。

1994年蘇慧倫轉與滾石唱片簽約，在滾石的企劃主導下嚐試各種不同的曲風及形象包裝，1996年起憑著「變身三部曲」：「LEMON TREE」（1996）、「鴨子」（1996）、「傻瓜」（1997）等三張專輯站上聲勢巔峰，成為引領流行時尚的代言人之一，如「傻瓜」專輯中的傻瓜頭，便曾成為當時模仿的焦點。2001年推出「戀戀真言」專輯後，蘇慧倫將演藝重心轉向戲劇演出，僅於2003年與雙人團體羽泉合唱「還剩下什麼」；直到2005年轉換新東家上華音樂，隔年才以睽違四年多的「同名專輯」復出歌壇，展現輕熟女的風範。

戲劇方面，蘇慧倫在1993年第一次參與了電影《只要為你活一天》演出，並且在2002年公視人生劇展《童女之舞》中突破演出女同志的角色。至今的銀幕代表作可算是2005年「深海」飾演阿玉一角，在亞太影展上入圍了最佳女主角，差一票當選影后。2008年，蘇慧倫以電影《流浪神狗人》中一角擊敗勁敵，奪得羅馬亞洲電影節影后，成為從影15年來的第一個演技獎項。

    Of course she is the one who did the Chinese Lemon Tree cover. But the "new last.fm" doesn't stop to astonish me! We had a connection from Tarcy Su to 蘇慧倫 before and now I have to tag the characters. (Well, I'm glad that this is not the problem of the past and works...) But I really don't understand why this happens...

    O_O i cant believe she was the one that did Lemon Tree!! I love that song and i thought it was Faye Wong for a while because someone told me it was! Tracy Su beats her in my opinion if she did Lemon Tree. Im just dissapointed that there are so few people that know about her you know.
