In November,2010 the band announced that they will be disbanding after their appearance at UNDER CODE’s countdown live on December 31st. The reason they offered is that, after graduating, the members were unable to come to a consensus about the band’s future. Therefore, they begrudgingly decided to break up.
Sadly, vocalist 拓 (Taku) has passed away on December 10th, 2010.

Konayukii Everytime that I listen to 縷々 -るる- I get sad, but happy in the same time. This song is the best gift that this band could've left me. I'll always remember they and 拓's voice, thanks ;;

inartistic @Myouqa, yeah. Their final oneman was set for Dec. 11th, kaisan live set for Dec. 31st. Taku died on Dec. 10th, so both the oneman and kaisan live were cancelled. Yoshi still considered them to have disbanded on Dec. 31st. Just last week, Yoshi announced that they'll be playing on stage one last time at Taku's flower ceremony on Feb. 1st (at the request of Taku's family). So after that someone can ask “how did the last live go?”, I guess.
