Biography
Her role as the popular heroine Multi the android in the Playstation version and anime adaptation of the classic bishoujo game To Heart in 1999 launched a successful career, followed up with a role in the anime adaptaion of the popular Akamatsu Ken comic series Love Hina as the heroine Narusegawa Naru in 2000.
Following the release of her first single, 「my best friend」 in 1998, she has now 12 singles and 8 albums credited solely to her, most recently of which is the second opening theme single 「silky heart」 of the anime series 「とらドラ!」.
In addition, she is often associated with character and insert songs from the Love Hina, Da Capo, Da Capo Second Season, and School Rumble anime series.
Despite her popularity, she is known to be ‘overly humble’. Her songs are generally cheerful, with a leavening of melancholic tunes as well.
