Professor Mukaiya Menoru (向谷実 borns on 20th Oct, 1956) is a Japanese music composer. Being the keyboardist of the Fusion band CASIOPEA in Japan, he also has formed his own company “Ongakukan” which includes business likes Music production, Game development, Simulator and Running Internet/Sites services.
When he was young, he was confused whether or not to get into University. He’s then determined to make use of what he has learnt. He studied electronic music in the Yamaha’s Nemu School of Music to practise his performance skill. After getting married, he kept himself busy composing, arranging, performing and sequencing music to financially support his family. Nowadays, he still performs music from places to places.
Being a die-hard fan of Train, his company has developed a game named “Train Simulator” which has become very well-known in Japan. He called himself as “Talent of Train” and actively showed up on train-topic-related TV programmes.
Since 2001, he has been teaching music in Nagoya University of Arts. The busy Train-Talent-Man actively participates in various TV programmes as a MC. Meanwhile, he keeps composing music for TV, Films, CM and Video Games.
