勇 is a Japanese singer and lyricist. He was born on March 14th, in Kobe Japan, but his official year of birth is unknown. He is best known for being the former vocalist of the now disbanded Visual kei rock band, 176BIZ, and the current vocalist of his new band, ZUCK.
勇’s singing career began when he joined his first band, sha’doll. sha’doll is said to have released two demo-tapes, but their precise years active are not known. After his time in sha’doll, he joined NEVER CRAZY. NEVER CRAZY was formed in late 2002, and had a career spanning from 2002 to 2005. The band released a few singles and their popularity increased over their years active. NEVER CRAZY announced they would be going on an indefinite hiatus after their live on May 26th, 2005 due to bassist ニーノ’s decision to leave the band. However, the morning of their last live, drummer けんた passed away due to a brain hemorrhage.
A few months after NEVER CRAZY’s hiatus and inevitable disbandment, 勇 formed a unit with former PANIC☆ch/パニックちゃんねる bassist, たら. The duo named the unit ベティ, and they played a few lives throughout 2005 and early 2006. They released a single in late 2005, before changing their name to 176BIZ in the spring of 2006.
176BIZ enjoyed huge success almost instantly due to the popularity of their members. They released two albums, a mini-album, and a few singles during their time together. However, in January of 2009, the band announced that they would be disbanding at their live on March 16th.
