Biography

Mikami Chisako (三上ちさこ, formerly known as 三上ちさ子, born August 14 in Yamanobe, Yamagata Prefecture, Japan) is a Japanese singer-songwriter, most famous for having been the lead vocalist for Japanese band fra-foa.

Still as the vocalist of fra-foa, she started her solo career in 2004, releasing her debut solo single “ファンダメンタル/Viva La Revolucion” in October, and a month later her first studio album わたしはあなたの宇宙. After the disbandment of fra-foa in 2005, she continued working on her solo career.

Since the release of her second album Here in October 2005 she hasn’t released any new material, though she has had some live activities at some events since 2008 to recent dates.
