1971年生于河北。

1990年至1994年在酒厂上班，其间加入过一些文艺团体。

1997年来北京至今，娶妻生子。做职业酒吧歌手。

2002年7月签约Badhead厂牌。

2002年12月，首张个人现场录音专辑《走过来，走过去》由Badhead发行

2006年， 第二章专辑《这一切没有想象的那么糟》由十三月发行
