メロン記念日 (Melon Kinenbi) was a Japanese pop group under the Hello! Project (ハロー！プロジェクト) umbrella. Picked from an audition in 1999, they released their first single in February 2000. Their activity slowed in the following years, releasing only a single a year after 2005, but they continued to make appearances and tour the country.
Miki Fujimoto (藤本美貴; married name Miki Shouji (庄司美貴), born on February 26, 1985 in Takikawa, Hokkaidou) is a Japanese former idol singer and actress, also known as "Mikitty". She was originally part of the group of finalists in the 4th generation Morning Musume auditions that resulted in the induction of Ishikawa Rika, Yoshizawa Hitomi, Tsuji Nozomi and Kago Ai.

安倍なつみ (Abe Natsumi) was one of the first five members of Japanese pop group モーニング娘。 (Morning Musume) in 1997. She often took the lead in the group's songs, on occasion singing the entire lead vocal with the other girls acting as backup singers. In 2004, she graduated from the group to pursue a solo career.
美勇伝 (v-u-den; alternatively Biyuuden, viyuden, etc) was a Hello! Project unit, a Japanese pop group formed in August 2004. The group was lead by Morning Musume member Rika Ishikawa (石川梨華), as a new project to focus on after her Morning Musume graduation. She was joined by Hello! Project Egg Yui Okada (岡田唯) and audition winner Erika Miyoshi (三好絵梨香).
Berryz工房 (Berryz Koubou) is a seven-member Japanese idol group under the ハロー！プロジェクト (Hello! Project) umbrella . Formed in 2004 by producer and musician Tsunku, the group originally started with 8 Hello! Project Kids, but Maiha Ishimura (石村舞波) left the group in October 2005. Saki Shimizu (清水佐紀) is the oldest member and the captain of the group.
Taiyo to Ciscomoon debuted in April of 1999. Its four members (Inaba Atsuko, RuRu, Shinoda Miho, and Kominato Miwa) were chosen on the TV show ASAYAN. They released six singles and an album that year. Kominato left the group before their sixth single, but rejoined shortly afterwards.
S/mileage (スマイレージ) is a Japanese pop group under the Hello! Project umbrella. The group had its indie debut in June 2009 with the single "aMa no jaku" (ぁまのじゃく) and appeared as backdancers in 真野恵里菜's music videos and performances.

ミニモニ。(Mini Moni) was a Japanese pop group formed in 2000 by Mari Yaguchi (矢口真里). It was a subgroup under Morning Musume (モーニング娘。) with the premise that it would consist of members under 150 cm (4'11") tall.
Joining Yaguchi were Morning Musume members Ai Kago (加護亜依) and Nozomi Tsuji (辻希美). Before their debut, they added Mika Todd from Coconuts Musume (ココナッツ娘。).
Morning Musume Sakura Gumi (モーニング娘。さくら組) was a Japanese pop group, one of two subgroups that Morning Musume (モーニング娘。) was divided into in 2003 so that they could perform in smaller concert venues. In addition to touring separately, each subgroup also released two singles.
