Amir Havkin (b. 1983, Jerusalem, Israel) is a self-taught singer, guitar player and composer.
Growing up in England, Havkin went to the School of the Arts in Tel Aviv and later graduated from the Thelma Yellin High School for the Arts, majoring in classical music. During those years, Havkin played mainly on woodwind instruments - the clarinet, flute and recorders.
Havkin first took a guitar to his hands during his military service as an army photographer. His first compositions are from around 2003.
