This is actually Rodion Shchedrin. The rendition in the Cyrillic alphabet is part of a practical joke perpetrated by unknown persons at Last.fm. Composers from cultures using non-Latin alphabets are given in their native alphabet. Kind of interesting in a way, but some people like to know what composer they’re listening to. See Rodion Shchedrin’s biography.
