Dymovaya Zavesa (Slim & Lexus) - one, of most famous russian hip-hop teams.
Group has been created in the end 1996, as a result of a creative tandem of two participants underground a rap-collectives. In the beginning 1997 at studio “Meaning of the life” the first composition in the digital format, received the name “Stone Jungle”, subsequently not entered in a debut album of collective owing to discrepancy with the general concept of a material has been written down, but it is published on the collection “Simply rap”.

Right at the beginning of the creative way, the group differed, a so-called New York sound and enough rigid lyrics. The Dymovaya Zavesa receives the invitation to become participants enough fashionable at that time a underground a rap-alliance “Dense”. After record of the second composition the collective stops cooperation with studio “Meaning of the life” owing to misunderstanding from a management. The group starts to act in the Moscow clubs and the rap-compilations of that period is published on a number. In same 97-th year on known the record-label “Pavian recordz” begins work above a debut album. Gradually the sound of group is softened aside g-funk. In 1998, after a while after disorder “Pavian recordz”, Dymovaya Zavesa renews work above an album at studio “Street”, under direction of Victor Shevtsov’s known on work with such projects “Mutant”, as Dolphin, Slaves to the Lamp and Oak Guy. In 2000 year the album under the name “Without Contraception” was issued.
