    Kenneth K. is a multi-instrumentalist and avantgarde composer.
    He also trains his skills as an amateur artist and poet.

    Kenneth has shown interest in collaborations and projects over genre or artform borders.
    Several collaborations with Helsinki based painter Reima Lihavainen.

    Although housing numerous projects in different genres, Kenneth also composes from time to time "serious" music under his own name.

    terrorterrorexplosionexplosion (aka ttee) was formed as an x-artistic platform or community to rise against mainstream artforms.
    The idea brewed troughout 2008 and finally caught flame in 2009.
    An initial plan was to make a series of "pop..." releases to provoke, but only the painting "Pop-art for the blind" and the EP "Pop-tunes for the Deaf" were realized.

    ttee is very much manifested in the person of Kenneth K who captains this ship towards decay.
    The releases are either one-off collaborations or various recordings (or manipulations) by Kenneth.

    [ówt krì] is a playground for audial experiments of renaissace man Kenneth K.
    The project was started in 2005 under the moniker "fear.my.death" in order to ejeculate the creative juices from Kenneth's mind.

    The sound art has moved a long way, and in many circles, since the first ambient drones but all  releases are of an experimental nature.

    Kenneth utilizes guitars, synths, software and anything at hand in order to further evolve the soundscapes of his mind.

    Ankea lives, indeed it does.

    in a though recording session on saturday Ankea vocalist recorded 3 songs to continue the legacy of earlier recorded "Pilgrimage" to build up the coming EP "III: Swedish Scenery" out later this year.

    Now I don't want to get your hopes up,
    but there was talk about a full-length releasepossibly next year, containing a collection of the biggest hits and some nasty shits.

    When winter turns to summer we have this time we call "I can't stand this fucking shit weather".
    It's a great time with heat and sun one day and the snow, rain or slosh the next.

    Gotta love this scandinavian climate, but it's allright. It's probably one of the reasons we have all the angst here.
    Regardless (or because) of this I have been fairly productive.

    some time ago terrorterrorexplosionexplosion nailed an live improv gig together... and during last weekend I made a "back to basics" track for [ówt krì].
    A new unamed release is practically ready, just waiting for a release channel.

    the biggest news is that the "Son of Mutha" rap project, or rythmically announced poetry project is again showing signs of life. A change of name is in thought as the themes are turning more serious.

    Probably new [ówt krì] material will be released during the end of this year.
    unamed will probably be released during 2013, unless the world comes to an end december 2012.
    SoM will be available once ready... until then, check out what I have thus far...

    I guess it was around one year ago when I got a strange passion to aquire/build some kind of "own" instrument. So in taking a part needed elements and figuring out what I needed to make this happen, I found this rather cheap build kit from Velleman. http://www.velleman.eu/


    The construction itself isn't all that hard if you follow instructions and have some basic tools like a soldering inron and some small pliers.


    I did do some tweaks to the original version, with some assistance from a friend of mine. I changed the volume and pitch shifters to larger knobs... also the jumper based change of waveform was replaced by a knob.


    A power switch was added and both signal generators were connected to only one battery. The original plan also included adding an power LED, but I... forgot.


    There is an own audio jack for both signal generators and both give out an MONO signal.


    For some reason ("some" => selfmade device by an amateur) the functionality of "the pink box" isn't quite 100%. Sometimes it takes a great deal of fingering the cables to get the device fired up.
    But once online it works like a charm (save the other waveform chooser doesn't work... )

    UPDATE: seems the problem with functionality is actually that the device suck batteries dry like a well paid prostitute.


    Given I would have time and energy I would most definetly try to make an more evolved version of "the pink box" but as it stands now, I think I will go for commercial solutions next.
