Trente Oiseaux was founded by Bernhard Günter in November 1995. The label originally specialized in electro-acoustic music; improvised music releases were later added to its catalog.

Trente Oiseaux stopped its CD-release activities in 2005, but has been reincarnated as a web label in 2008. More information is found on its web site and its MySpace site. The label’s CD releases can be from its online shop on the label’s website, where its web releases are also available for free dowload.

All trente oiseaux web releases are offered in FLAC ( perfect for those who want to create a CD of the album ) and come with a printable cover in PDF format.
