Interchill Records is an independent label based in BC, Canada and has been a long standing player in the global electronica scene since 1995. The Interchill label philosophy is rooted in the notion that good music is not confined to specific styles or genres.  That being said, the label is known for its depth within and between the realms of ambient, electronica, world beat and dub. 

Interchill’s roots took hold in Montreal and the UK during the heady times of the early 90’s.  Think: Summers Of Love, Megadog Festivals, Whirlygig, midweek clubbing, DIY culture,  proper chillout rooms, KLF, Little Fluffy Clouds, and the list goes on….add in a healthy dose of idealism  and season liberally…

Nowadays the label is run by Andrew Ross Collins and Naasko Wripple, with web master, designer and DJ Nick Edell assisting from his base in the UK. These three are joined by a diverse roster of artists and an extensive network of DJ’s spread around the world.

All recent Interchill releases can be found on major download and ring-tone stores worldwide. The current catalogue is available for license to film via Interchill’s parent company Mariko Music Publishing Ltd.
