Tokyo Dawn Records is the name of a tough little music unit based in Germany established 1997 by Marc Wallowy and friends.
Tokyo Dawn has been publishing music on the internet since it’s beginning. Widely credited as pioneer label of the netaudio scene, this unconventional collective made its first steps in the tracker scene distributing MOD files via P2P networks and experimenting with new collaborative techniques and open source music concepts.
Since the label relaunch late 2009 together with artists such as Comfort Fit, Portformat, Swede:art, Blaktroniks and countless other brilliantly edgy artist, Tokyo Dawn successfully continued developing its futuristic but soulful sound signature.
