Around 15 years in the Industry working at labels such as Sub Pop, Fire and Kickin, Trevor eventually set up his own label Global Warming Records in 1998, working with bands such as Cousteau, Bellatrix, Magoo, Drugstore and Liam Lynch to name but a few. Trevor was also a partner in the Rock label Infernal Records around the same time, working with Ginger, Miocene and Breed 77. Towards the end of 2004 Trevor was approached to assist in a Management and Publishing venture which developed into an additional new label - Series 8.
