Semper Fi (short for Semper Fidelitas â always faithful) are the founders of Polderrock, a mixture of epic riffs, kick-ass drums and soaring vocals, from Sabbath meets Nirvana meets Kyuss. With the DIYOD-spirit of this threesome they have achieved quite some success over the past years in the local music scene. Two intensive and successful Cunning Plan tours in Flanders with local friends Serialshark, resulted in airplay on national radio station Studio Brussel in 2006, where the band contest Demopoll was won with the song New Cinderella. The next year they won the appreciation prize of the audience at Verse Vis 2007. In December 2008 the band started to record their first ever studio album Toxic Thought Syndrome, that was released on december 2010.
