Riot Season is an independent label based in the Black Country region of England. Musically sitting in the vague ‘noise/experimental/sludge’ genre. From harsh, sometimes brutal guitar assaults (Todd, Hey Colossus), long winding psychedelia (Acid Mothers Temple), doom/sludge (Sloath, Black Boned Angel), weird off the wall oddness (Shit And Shine, Aufgehoben) all bases are covered. Also linked with sister label Black Labs (Dethscalator, When Dinosaurs Ruled The Earth, Hey Colossus).
