25/05/07Preston Rocks.

Hello people. Let me tell you something – Preston Rocks!! It may have taken Natasha 9 hours to get there from London (1 hour for me on a plane thank you very much), but when she got there she turned in one of the best performances of the weekend. She looked amazing, sounded great and had the Moor Park crowd eating out of her hand. If you want to check it out go to You can see all Natasha’s pics and hear her as well. Check out a cracking version of her new single ‘Soulmate’. Wow! But NB rocking it doesn’t tell the whole story. She also took the crown for hardest working artist of the weekend – she was doing interviews all over the place, hanging out with Chris Moyles, Scott Mills and Jo Whiley. Then she did her own video diary and took to hanging out with label mates Kasabian. And then it was all over, back on the bus and back to London. For Natasha anyway…

I had a suite at one of Manchester’s best hotels and I was about to take full advantage of it! So once NB left I decided to check out some of the other bands that were on. So Saturday it was Groove Armada (incredible), Razorlight and Scissor Sisters – I danced my new Vans off! Saturday night was quite large as well courtesy of the Man like Pete Tong and the official after-party. Got back to Manchester late. I think! So with a fuzzy head but a body full of carbs I made my way back to Moor Park. And I’m glad I made the effort – Mark Ronson, Calvin Harris and Sunday’s headliners Kaiser Chiefs made it well worth the journey! What a mad weekend. All I’ve done since is sleep – which is just as well as I’ve got some more madness on the horizon. But more of that in the coming weeks.

Tara. xx
