Since 2000, Nilaihah Records has been at the forefront of Electronic music. With Kristy Venrick at the helm, the small but mighty operation has grown above and beyond what anyone would have anticipated.

Nilaihah Records has climbed to the top of the Electronic Dance, Industrial, and Synthpop genres in its short seven-year existence. “We emerged to believe in those who believe in themselves,” states Kristy Venrick, owner and founder of Nilaihah Records.

As a female-owned business, Nilaihah Records has stamped out its own niche in the Columbus music scene. The mission statement, as displayed on the Nilaihah website, states that the label “strive(s) to release some of the most thought-provoking electronic music out therein order to keep you moving and open your mind.” Many brilliant artists go unheard and we want to provide them a voice. We strive to create, produce, and market the most emotional forms of expression for talented, original electronic bands from across the globe.” Nilaihah Records strongly adheres to this ethic, which is reinforced through Kristy’s personal motto, “Nothing in the world is accomplished without passion.”
