Noor TV Channel (819) is a UK based Satellite Television Channel that is broadcasting throughout Europe, Africa, Middle East and many parts of Asia via Euro Bird and Eutelsat Satellites.
NOOR TV is the brainchild of Shaykh Allau-ud-din Siddiqui, who is Chancellor of Mohi-ud-din Islamic University in Pakistan, founder of Mohi-ud-din Medical College, Pakistan, and also the Chairman of AL-EHYA TRUST, which is engaged in accommodating and educating, orphaned and deprived children in Pakistan.
Shaykh Allau-ud-din Siddiqui is a world-renowned scholar and presents a vision of love, peace and harmony; it is upon these foundations that he has taken the bold step of starting a Television Channel, which primarily targets the Muslim youth in around the world. The aim of the channel is to present a balanced, moderate and true face of Islam to both Muslims and non-Muslim communities across the globe in order to remove the growing negative stereotypes held by people in the west towards Islam. Shaykh Allau-ud-din Siddqui has taken a bold step to use his influence and divine wisdom spread the true message of our faith by using the power of the media to present the love which was gloriously presented to the ummah by our beloved Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) and which conquered the hearts and minds of people and these people flooded towards the call of Islam.
