Miditonal Records was founded in 2004 by Carsten Rechenberger, Daniel Beckert and Pitt Großer. With eleven releases by now Miditonal Records (based in Chemnitz, Germany) is a steady component in the international Hardtechno scene and can look back on a catalogue full of great national and international artists. In the future the label will also release single Artist EPs next to the famous Amplify the Force Series. The Sound of Miditonal Records can be described as wide-ranging and 100 percent dancefloor suitable. Inspired by the Sound of the early 90s and influences like Breakbeat, No Future or Chicago House Miditonal Records joined the young and so-called Genre Wonky Techno.
