Merger Management is originally an artist management and booking agency based in Copenhagen Denmark. The management was founded in january 2005 by Piet Breinholm Bendtsen of the band 18th Dye.
In Autumn 2005 long time friend and former Cloudland, Monoland and Exlibris collaborator Jim Q. Holm, joined Merger Management. Jim had build up and worked with such fine bands and artist as Mew, Rhonda Harris, Nikolaj Nørlund and 18th Dye (among others) during his earlier employments and could offer the network and experience within the booking and management industry that was necessary for Merger Management.
In October 2006 Piet Breinholm decided to concentrate on his bag design and production: The Last Bag; the drumming of the resurrected 18th Dye and being a member of several boards throughout the Danish music industry and (partly) left Merger, only happy to see Jim taking over the business - working fulltime with 100% focus on management and booking in Denmark and throughout Europe.
With the releases of Marybell Katastrophy and Maria Timm, Merger now also function as a record label.
