A subsidiary label based in San Francisco, California, set up along with Pink & Black Records by Fat Wreck Chords to release material by bands that didn’t fit within the roster at Fat. The first release was the Diesel Boy full length, “Cock Rock” The label ceased existnence around 2003 around the same time as the release of the Nerf Herder e.p, “My E.P”.

Some bands were absorbed into the Fat Wreck Chords roster, whilst others moved on. Each release would have a unique variant on the record labels name:
