HEAVY ARTILLERY SIGNS EXCRUCIATOR
HEAVY ARTILLERY RECORDS is pleased to announce the signing of Portland, OR based extreme thrash purveyors EXCRUCIATOR. Eager to prove their mettle to the masses, EXCRUCIATOR is currently writing all new material for their full-length debut album, tentatively scheduled for release during spring 2011. Forging a path of unrelenting sonic destruction, EXCRUCIATOR will be breaking the ice with an extremely limited vinyl release of their demo to coincide with their US tour. Stay tuned for details.

SIGN OF THE JACKAL PREVIEWS TRACK FROM UPCOMING ALBUM
With the release of their debut single Haunted House Tapes in May on Heavy Artillery Records, Italy’s traditional heavy metal warriors SIGN OF THE JACKAL threw their hat in a ring that has been predominantly dominated by the Swedes, Germans and Americans to date. Their female fronted melodic metal attack fuses influences from classic Italian horror films from legends such as Lucio Fulci, Mario Bava and Dario Argento with pure heavy metal for fans of Warlock, Iron Maiden, Acid, Bitch and Blacklace or more recently, Enforcer, RAM, White Wizzard and Cauldron. Eager to earn their share of fandom in the resurging world of traditional heavy metal, SIGN OF THE JACKAL offer a preview of the demo version of “Night of the Undead” from their forthcoming debut album In the Mark of the Beast, tentatively scheduled for a March 2011 worldwide release on Heavy Artillery Records.
