Free Records, Poser! (FrP!) was founded as an anti-label in 1998 by the members of Kultur Terror. The idea was to release music at self cost, or entirely free to counter the record industry. Free Records, Poser was also used as lable to release Z-19 and Japanese Whore (since subsumed into Gird_09) as well as Mauled By Sloths’ Through The Shredder (a remix of Z-19 and Japanese Whore’s complete catalogues). Since then it has been dormant.

The FrP! logo is a mix and spoof of the famous green Apple of a certain record company and the logo of a right wing populist political party in Norway (incidentally also shortened FrP). This apple has a large chunk taken out of it however, to symbolise how FrP! hopes to take a bite out of both record companies and populist politicians.

Lately Free Records, Poser! has taken to release music via blogspot. This includes old tracks, as well as new. http://frp93.blogspot.com
