Freak n’ Chic began in 2003. W.A.R.R.I.Os 9am became the first release and ultimately the reason the label began. In 2005 Ghenacia took Freak n’ Chic on as his own. Releases from: David K, U&I (Ghenacia and David K), Shonky, Jamie Jones, Marc Antona, :Terry:, Miss fitz, Danton Eeprom, Sweetlight, Sebastien Bouchet, Jose De Divina, System of Survival, Jerome Pacman and Andrea Ferlin… All mirror the sound Ghenacia plays out and for many of the artists its their first release: I like to discover new talent; its one of the goals of the label and gives the opportunity for my our music to be defused. “No one is signed as exclusive to FNC, everybody is free - I am free and want the others to feel free ” says Ghenacia.
