Edition Records, an artist based label, was formed in Feb 2008 by pianist and composer Dave Stapleton and photographer Tim Dickeson.

Edition Records exists to promote new original voices in contemporary music and to provide a platform for established artists to document their work and release pioneering new recordings.

In this age of downloads, each release will be a thing of beauty in itself incorporating stunning visuals and graphics.

But Edition Records will be so much more. We will be seeking out the best European music so that we can offer the best possible selection of new contemporary music. We want to provide highest quality of music and packaging, while at the same time offering them at the lowest possible prices. This will help the buying public a chance to try new music out by new and established artists and hopefully lead to a trust that people can buy a new album or download a track and they know they will be getting quality music.
