Dynamica was a record label based in Berlin, Germany. It was founded in 1993 by Jor and Anna Rosen after the success of Machinery Records specifically to release music, most notably Cubanate and Oomph! who veered away from their industrial roots to embrace a more “metal” sound. Hence the slogan “Metal-Hacking-Industrialism”.

Both labels later came under the Noise Records banner, a metal focused sub-division of the larger German Modern Music Records GmbH, but still continued to release music under their own names. When Modern Music was acquired by the U.K. based Sanctuary Records Group Ltd. in 2001 the label Dynamica (and also Machinery) was finally dropped. In 2007 Sanctuary was itself acquired by Universal Music Group.
