Big Bang Records is an independently owned and operated entertainment powerhouse based in Cambridge, Ma. The company was founded in 2006 by CEO, Miguel Blackmer-Hart, co-founder and partner in world class design firm Blackmer Sound, as a home for the previous and future projects of flagship artist Virtuoso. Since its humble inception in Cambridge, MA, Big Bang Records has quickly become a major force to be reckoned with in the ever changing landscape of the music industry. After the recent additions of critically acclaimed hip-hop duo N. B.S. and genre-bending latin rockers Virtuality to the label, Big Bang continued to expand their in-house songwriting and production capabilities by adding the beat making expertise of Jaymi, Nicky Broadway, O.M.B., Musicologo, Spanish Jose & Major Music to the roster. Thanks in great part to the business contributions of integral staff members such as Brian Shirley (VP/Dir. of New Media & Promotion), Rahim Muhammed (Dir. of Venue Relations), Imam Firmin (Street Team Co-Ordinator), Nicholas Sherwood (VP/Dir. Of Business Operations), Eliezer Garcia (Dir. Of Musical Operations/Latin Market), Frankie El Jefe (Dir. Of New Media & Promotion-Latin Market) and the constant contributions of a dedicated street team and a fanatical fanbase, Big Bang Records is in the midst of a monumental explosion onto the scene which is making them the team to watch over the next decade and beyond.
