Wiki

Baskaru is a French record label dealing with experimental electronic music and sound art.

The first releases were issued in 2005 in collaboration with two other european structures, Grain of Sound in Portugal and DSP-Recordings in Italy.

In 2006, Baskaru has started a series of deluxe digipak releases, trying to establish uncanny artistic and visual standards to accompany the creative and uncompromising music of artists such as (etre), ENT and Urkuma.

The Baskaru catalogue includes albums by Frank Rothkamm, Ethan Rose, Francisco López, Lawrence English, Symbiosis Orchestra, Michael Santos, Yoshio Machida, Maurizio Bianchi, Emanuela De Angelis, GoGooo and many more…
