  • A brilliant concept--courtesy of God!: Thanks for the wisdom of signing and fostering well this act, Motown--(the late Norman Whitfield, I believe)! As I got older, I realized that not many lead vocalists are better than Rare Earth's: A powerful, brandy-smooth, and beautiful voice--so cleverly, wonderfully, and magically malleable with modern recording techniques--magnificent as well, live, too--a brilliant live album! The concepts, production, recording and everything else proves excellent. A rare, shining expertly-faceted gem from the top-reserve shelf American classic rock and pop music!
