"I come to this magnificent house of worship tonight because my conscience leaves me no other choice.
A true revolution of values will lay hands on the world order and say of war: "This way of settling differences is not just." This business of burning human beings with napalm, of filling our nation's homes with orphans and widows, of injecting poisonous drugs of hate into veins of people normally humane, of sending men home from dark and bloody battlefields physically handicapped and psychologically deranged, cannot be reconciled with wisdom, justice and love."
This has really grown on me. I was one of those fans that pretty much disliked everything Minutes To Midnight onwards so whilst this isn't my favourite of Linkin Park's i think it's a pretty good listen and I like the theme running through it.
I personally think this album fits perfectly on social movements, wars, pollution, bad leaders, fascism and all the problems of humanity, this give me chills whenever i listen to because it raises the real situation with introductions and makes you think and make sense about everything. It's brilliant.
My favorite album by LP behind Hybrid Theory and Meteora. Too bad that the follow-ups aren't so good.
The concept is great and everything fits wonderful. I think it's their most experimental album to date. I wish they would do something like that in the future. <3 <3 <3
All the tracks individually are nothing special, but when combined into the album it's incredible. The atmosphere is perfect. Couldn't have said it better. That's what make it different than the rest of LP albums.
After Minutes To Midnight I was hoping the new record is a bit heavier. When I first listened to this album I was absolutely horrified. Today I think there are a few songs that are actually quite well but overall I still can't handle this record. Only album by this band that I actually hate. So glad the new record offers more guitars (just my opionion).
One of the most powerful LP albums ever. Whether its The Catalyst, Iridescent, or Waiting for the End, the sheer force of the singing alone is enough to blow you away. There aren't many bands who can try experimenting when they're at the top. Give them credit for that atleast if you can't appreciate the music!
And no true LP fan could hate ANY of the albums, even if they didn't like it!!!
This is an experimental album, not to be listen in the same vibration as the others. What I like about LP's albums is that each one has a construction, a plot, and this gives a different kind of harmony to their songs. Of course this album was made for those who like electronic beats and epic sounds coming from everywhere, and it became the most psychedelic album of their discography til now.

You guys are fucking retarded. This album was a complete experimental that bought new sounds and new effects from Linkin Park. Why do the same fucking thing with the heavy guitar and screaming all the time in every track. It's better to have something different for a change then not changing at all. Linkin Park fans my ass...
