Ian Anderson is now a shell of what he used to be. He had problems with his throat that required some type of surgery in the past 10 yrs. A shame you could have not seen him in his prime. I saw several Jethro Tull concerts in the mid & late 70's and they were awesome shows. You might want to check out some of the videos on Youtube from that era to see what you missed in his concerts.
Great song!..V...Really,his voice?.Ian put his first band together in 1963..Almost 50 years of singing/playing!!!..Born 8/10/47..He is going to be 65!..He is entitled to have an off night..Cut him a break!..Should have asked for a refund instead of bitchin'!
I finally got to see Jethro Tull at High voltage Festival 2011 and was DISAPPOINTED after loving this stuff for years! He seemed to have lost his voice and could hardly sing at all!!!!! What happened to Ian Andersons voice?
