Hey Broadway lovers. If you get a chance check out the songs from my musical "Pearl and the Pumpkin". It's based on a book by W.W. Denslow who illustrated "The Wizard of Oz"! The music is light and fanciful. I have a new live recording of "Toby the Incredible Learned Pig" which was a finalist at the Wonderland One Act Festival at Theater Works in NYC. I know you'll love the "Cat's Opera".

National Theatre Live, Great Britain’s groundbreaking project which broadcasts the best of British theatre direct from London to movie theaters around the world, is coming to U.S. movie theaters! Upcoming broadcasts include Arnold Wesker’s The Kitchen on November 3. Set in a 1950s London kitchen on an enormous West End restaurant, this blackly funny production puts the work place center stage. “The Kitchen” will broadcast live at 7 p.m. (local time) Thursday, Nov. 3 in participating movie theaters. For more information and to purchase tickets, go to www.fathomevents.com.

Most of you probably familiar with Facebook – the unsinkable flagship, the mother of all social networks around the world, but it won't be our focus today. Three years ago Russian comrades took a look at Facebook and decided that: “The hell with it.... We will build our own with “blackjack and hookers!” Three years went by, and a social network known as VKontakte appears with no less than 45 million users. Wait! Don't discard VKontakte yelling who needs it if we have Facebook because I will explain why you do need it. There is a possibility to listen to music free of charge online, and скрроблить it directly on a site. I am assured that you will find there any song. Good luck http: // vk. com / reg 3858030

Shameless plug... Hey all, Hair Metal has officially hit Broadway in the form of Rock of Ages, which happens to be pretty amazing! It's definitely a must for anyone in the New York area (I've already been three times...). Seriously, Bon Jovi, Poison, Whitesnake, Pat Benatar, plus about 20 more rockin' 80s staples. You should go, and I'm not just saying that. http://www.rockofagesmusical.com

I saw Le Miserables a couple of years back. I hated it and was bored out of my skull; however, can you seriously find any 11-year old that can sit through the entire thing and not feel the same way?

Has anyone seen A Chorus Line now playing in Toronto? I want to see it, but I want to know if it's a half-decent production.

Saw Avenue Q for the first time today. Loved it, but I'm still partial to Wicked as my favorite.
