If you're having trouble logging in because you can't remember your password, try using our Password Reset helper. If this isn't working for you, send us an email below and we'll do our best to help you retrieving your password. Please remember to tell us your username, your account's email address and your date of birth for verification, to help prevent a fraudulent reset password request.
Should you have forgotten your username, please tell us the email address you've entered in your profile settings and we can help looking your name up.
If you'd like to ask us if we can change your username or transfer your stats from one account to the other - sorry, but we really can't do this; even if you ask us very nicely, unfortunately we won't be able to help you.
Also, we can't remove your account for you - if you wish to delete your account, you'll need to do this yourself. Read more.

If you just made a payment but your account doesn't reflect your subscriber status, don't worry yet - there may be a slight delay in upgrading your account, but if it's been 24 hours and you still aren't marked as a subscriber yet, please use the form below to contact us and we will look into it for you.
Please include in your message to us:
- Your Last.fm username
- When the payment was made
- The number of months you paid for
- A copy of your transaction receipt (copy and paste the details into the email form)
Please note Last.fm does not accept payment by eCheck.
If you have a recurring monthly subscription you wish to end, you'll need to cancel your payment with PayPal. Please see this FAQ for more help with this.
