I love flute in jazz, blues, rock, folkmusic but there is so much very fine flutemusic all over the world....Listen to WORLDFLUTE TAG RADIO! help adding "worldflute" tags

who is interested to contribute in creating a list of worldwide flutemusic of all styles ...???
we'll have an exchange about interesting flute music from all over the world: shakuhachi, african flutes, tin whistle, willow flutes, bansuri just to mention a view beside the regular styles in classical, jazz and so on...........FLUTES.

    My flute hero's are: Chris Wood ( Traffic), Barbara Thompson, Dave Valentin, Herbie Mann, Phillip Bent, Hubert Laws & Thijs Van Leer. This group needs to get bigger. It's a great idea because thats how I buy music, if its got flute on it, i'll buy it.

    I just discovered this group, and would like to help contribute selections for its "library." I'm sure there are others out there that love flute music from many parts of the world and many genres. Maybe the way to find them is to search on relevant key words, and see who the top listeners are. Then, you might want to send these folks a message directly to their inbox. I've been listening to flute music on Last.fm for a while, and only now have I discovered your group!
